When I coach people I’m the mirror that reflects the best of what I see back to you.  

With your StrengthsFinder results in hand we’ll begin the process of understanding how the assessment works and why it can be a powerful tool for self-discovery. I use many tricks and tools, along with plain-ol’ intuition and street smarts when I coach, but Strengths is a language that zeros in on what’s right, and I love that.  

In Marcus Buckingham’s book The Truth About You he explains that a Strength is what you do that makes you feel strengthened and vital. A weakness is stuff you do that makes you feel weakened. It’s pretty simple when you hear it like this, huh? Where do you feel strong, powerful, capable? What wipes you out, drains you and leaves you anxious? It’s all good to know. I’ll help you connect the dots. Good coaching is all about good questions, and I’ve got an endless supply: I want to know you.
